- We have a lot of deals come through that we can sell to you on land contract, lease option, or another form of creative financing. These deals allow you to do more with the capital you have available. This is a great way to get started in real estate if you don’t have a ton of money available and it’s how I got started with my first rental property. We don’t get a ton of these deals and when we do they go fast, make sure to get on our preferred buyers list so you can see every deal first!
