Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  Great question. We’re not agents, so we will not be listing on the MLS. We are professional home buyers: We buy houses in Parkersburg that meet our purchasing criteria. We may then sell it directly to a partner investor, make repairs and then resell it, keep it as a rental, or anything else we can think of that allows us to make a profit and give you top dollar on your Parkersburg house!

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  Great question, and we’re an open book: The process we use is very straight forward. We take an analytical, numbers-based approach that uses tools like Zillow to see what other houses are selling for in the area, we look at the location to see what kind of area it’s in, how many repairs are needed, the ARV (After Repair Value), what it could rent for (sq footage, number of bedrooms), and the current market demand for the house. We take many pieces of information into consideration… and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too. We would be happy to walk you through the exact numbers on your house if you’d like!

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: This is the key aspect of what differentiates us from the traditional method of selling: There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
